First off, Dustin is *very* responsive to inquiries. 

When I first contacted him about possible service, he responded within an hour and was able to visit me that day. He explained what services he provides and what he doesn’t provide. All of the documents and signatures were done through a contact-free method. Great in this current day!

I’ve now had a few months of service. Prior to a service visit I get an email and a text advising of the upcoming service date so that I know to expect him. This allows me to unlock the gate and keep my dog inside so that he can enter the back yard and treat the area. When he completes the service he texts me so that I can go out and lock up (after waiting 30 minutes for the treatment to dry).

Had a problem with fleas hitching a ride into the house with my dog. Contacted Dustin for advice. He provided info on what I could do, and let me know that if I wanted inside treatment it was included with the service plan that I was on. After the inside treatment and following the guidance for daily vacuuming (that he explained the reasoning behind) I subsequently contacted him to find out if there were any fleas outside in the yard. He came by and checked the yard with a towel drag. Fortunately no fleas jumped onto the towel so I am relieved to know that there isn’t a source in our yard and that the original fleas were probably hitchhikers from a neighborhood walk.
